SLT Megaline relaunched.

Sri Lanka, July 26 -- Sri Lanka Telecom (SLT), has relaunched SLT Megaline with a new value proposition.

Positioned as 'one line that offers three unique experiences: best-in-quality telephone (voice), Broadband (uninterrupted, high speed internet) and personalized entertainment (interactive Peo TV)', SLT Megaline spans the entire gamut of technological innovations in telecommunications services that any residential and business user could possibly wish for.

The new, enhanced SLT Megaline has simplified the nature of its offering into three exciting connection packages - Single Play, Double Play and Triple Play in two categories - Residential and Business.

All three packages in the residential and business segments have been designed to meet specific requirements of users in that particular segment. The Single Play package serves the needs of voice communication, the Double Play offers the option of either high speed internet (broadband) or interactive TV, while the Triple Play package offers interactive television in addition to voice communication and high-speed internet (broadband). This innovation of Megaline follows the successful launch of SLT's new corporate proposition: 'One Country. One Voice' and builds on the excitement and interest generated by this latest positioning and brand proposition.

Commenting on the relaunch of SLT Megaline, SLT CEO Greg Young said, they expect the new Megaline packages to simplify telecommunications choices for users islandwide.

The three new packages lay out very simply what users can avail of and leave no room for confusion or doubt.

Despite its simplicity, the new Megaline product embodies the best of the technological advancements that SLT has come to be known for.

SLT has, once again, demonstrated its pledge to customers to be the pioneer in offering innovative and exciting communication solutions. This relaunch and repositioning of Megaline extends the SLT brand's 'One Country. Once Voice' promise further, bringing connectivity and ease of use to users across the country and abroad. This is but one new offering in our exciting bouquet of services planned for the future," he said.
